Bo-Fit Scavenger hunt

1 Car = 1 Team. Preferably 2 to 5 people. Too many team mates can slow down your missions.

This is for all fitness levels. All you need is a good sense of humor!

It is better to create, or be part of a team beforehand. But we will try our best to asign you to a team on the day of the even, if need be.

First of all, everyone gets an amazing time, exciting competition and fun memories with great people. Also:

1st Place: $150 worth of prizes per person

2nd Place: $100 worth of prizes per person

3rd Place: $50 worth of prizes per person

Each individual has to sign up seperately. 

Yes.  The waiver is there for everyones safety and you must sign it on the day of the Scavenger Hunt. You can read it below.

I acknowledge, agree, and certify that I will abide by all rules and regulations for the scavenger hunt sponsored by the BoFit Studio and BoFit, LLC (jointly, “Bo-Fit”). I further acknowledge that failure to abide by all safety rules and the direction of BoFit may result in disqualification from participating in the event and forfeiting eligibility for any prizes.

I also acknowledge, agree, and certify to release the Bo-Fit and other sponsors of the event from any and all liabilities, claims, and causes of action, based on or arising from negligence or gross negligence on the part of Bo-Fit and its directors, employees, agents, and volunteers. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, death, property damage or loss, or any other loss or damage resulting from or arising out of my participation in the event.

I agree and certify to let Bo-Fit take my picture, videorecord, livestream, and/or post my picture, name, image, and likeness, and to allow Bo-Fit the right to use my name, image, and likeness in any promotional materials and/or social media postings, and/or use for publicizing potential future events at their discretion.  All submitted photographs, videos, and posts become the property of the BoFit, for use at Bo-Fit’s discretion.

I acknowledge, agree, and certify that all decisions pertaining to the eligibility, participation, and winning of the scavenger hunt are within the sole discretion of Bo-Fit, and that my participation in this event is for recreational purposes, community building, and fun.

I acknowledge, agree, and certify that I have read and understand the provisions of the release and understand that it is binding upon myself, and my assigns, heirs, executors, beneficiaries, family members, and derivative claimants. I further acknowledge that I have no medical history or condition that would preclude me from participating in the scavenger hunt. I acknowledge and agree that this is a community event, and that the purpose is to have fun while playing fairly and safely. All teams must obey all laws of the City of North Royalton (and adjacent cities) and the State of Ohio, including without limitation all motor vehicle laws, while participating. No speeding, dangerous and/or distracted, driving, trespassing, defacing, etc., will be tolerated, and those found in violation will be disqualified immediately.
